Can I withdraw funds from a closed account?

Before closing your Stablehouse account, it's important to follow these steps to ensure all funds are withdrawn.

Steps to Close Your Account

1. Ensure Your Account Has No Remaining Funds:
   Stablehouse does not allow accounts with funds to be closed. Therefore, any available balance needs to be withdrawn or transferred.

2. Withdraw or Transfer Funds:
   Move all funds to another wallet, exchange, or personal account of your choice. This must be completed before submitting your closure request. For more information on how to withdraw funds please refer to this link. 

3. Submit a Closure Request:
   Once your account has a zero balance, please request account closure by contacting us support@xbto.com
