How do I withdraw crypto from my Vault Account?

To withdraw crypto from your Vault account, you must first whitelist your wallet address. For instructions on how to whitelist an address, please refer to this article. 

Once your address is whitelisted, follow the steps below to withdraw your funds:

On Web

1. Sign in to your Stablehouse account.
2. Navigate to your Vault account.
3. Click Send, and on the next screen, select the asset you wish to withdraw.
4. Choose the wallet address you have whitelisted and enter the amount of crypto you want to transfer.
5. Click Preview, then confirm the transaction by clicking the Confirm button on the confirmation screen.
6. Enter your 2FA code when prompted and click Continue.
   
   

On iOS/Android

1. Log in to your Stablehouse account via the mobile app.
2. Navigate to your Vault account.
3. Tap Send and select the asset you wish to withdraw.
4. On the next screen, select the wallet address from your list of whitelisted addresses.
5. Enter the amount of funds to transfer.
6. Tap Preview, then tap the green Send button to proceed.
7. Enter your account’s 2FA code.
8. Check your registered email for a verification code, and enter it to complete the transaction.
