How to Change Your Stablehouse Account Password

Please ensure you're logged into your XBTO account from a Google Chrome browser or phone app and follow these steps:

On Web

  1. Log in to your Stablehouse account and click "Settings" in the left column of your dashboard.
  2. Click  "Security"
  3. Click the "Change password" button. 
  4. Check the email associated with your Stablehouse account, and click the link provided to reset your password.
  5. Create a unique alphanumeric password, enter it, and confirm the change.

On iOS/Android

  1. Login to your app and tab "More" at the bottom right of your screen.
  2. Select "Security Methods" and tap "Change Password."
  3. Check the email associated with your Stablehouse account, and click the link provided to reset your password.
  4. Tap "Reset Password," enter your new password, and confirm the action.
