How to close your Stablehouse account?

Steps to Close Your Account

  1. Ensure Your Account Has No Remaining Funds: Before requesting account closure, please ensure your account has a zero balance, as XBTO cannot close accounts with funds. Any available balance should be withdrawn.

  2. Submit Your Closure Request: Once your account balance is zero, send your request to support@xbto.com, and we will proceed with the closure.
