You can deposit different fiat currencies (EUR or USD) into your XBTO account. We will provide our account details, and you will need to send a bank transfer from your personal bank account using the information provided.
On the Web
- Log in to your XBTO account.
- In the Accounts section, select your Pro-Trading account (Note: You cannot deposit fiat into your Vault account).
- Click Add Cash.
- Choose the currency you wish to deposit (EUR or USD). Then, click Next.
- The system will display the account details. Open your bank account and initiate a bank transfer to the provided details. Make sure to enter the reference code in the designated reference section of your bank’s transfer form.
On iOS/Android
- Log into your XBTO account via the mobile app.
- Tap on your Pro-Trading account.
- Tap Add Cash (+).
- Choose the currency you wish to deposit (EUR, GBP, or USD).

The system will display the account details. Open your bank account and initiate a bank transfer to the provided details. Make sure to enter the reference code in the designated reference section of your bank’s transfer form.
Important note
- The bank account must match the name registered with your XBTO account. We do not accept deposits into your XBTO account from a bank account that is not in your name.

For wire transfers to our bank account: Funds generally take 2–5 business days to arrive, depending on external banking processes. Rest assured, we will promptly notify you once your funds are securely deposited into your account.
