You can deposit various cryptocurrencies into your Stablehouse Pro-Trading. To do this follow these instructions:
On Web
- Sign in to your Stablehouse account.
- Choose your Pro-Trading account.
- Click "Receive" select the desired cryptocurrency, and click "Next"
- Acknowledge the network reminder by checking the box.
- Copy the wallet address or scan the QR code.
- Go to your external wallet and use the provided address to send the funds to your Stablehouse account.
On iOS/Android
- Log in to your Stablehouse account via the mobile app.
- Choose your Pro-Trading account.
- Tap "Receive" and select the desired cryptocurrency.
- On the next screen, acknowledge the network reminder by tapping "I understand"
- Copy the wallet address or scan the QR code.
- Go to your external wallet and use the provided address to send the funds to your Stablehouse account.
Important note
- When depositing ERC-20 tokens, please double-check the network you are using. We primarily support ERC-20 tokens on the ETH network.
- Make sure to select the correct network when sending the transaction from your external wallet provider. Sending tokens over the wrong network may result in the loss of your funds.
