How to Subscribe to XCOF Funds?

To subscribe to any of our funds, please refer to the following information:

Document signing and KYC docs upload: We will send you a subscription agreement for you to sign, along with the requested documents to upload.

Required Documentation for Subscription

Company	- Certified Filed Copy of Certificate of Incorporation - Memorandum of Association and Byelaws (or equivalent) - List of Authorised Signatories (if any) - Register of Directors. - UBO Natural person - Copy of Government issued photo ID and copy of address proof of Director and all UBO (natural person) holding 10% or more shares in the company along with date of birth and citizenship information. - Register of Shareholders.
Individual	- Certified Proof of Address; accepted documents: bank statement, utility bills, or council tax bills (dated within the last 3 months) - Certified government-issued ID

Note: There are instances where the certification of documents is not needed. We will review this further once the document is signed and sent.

Important Notes ⚠️

Each subscription starts on the first day of each month, meaning new subscriptions will be signed upon receiving the funds before the first day of the month. To ensure this, we require at least:
- 5 business days in advance for crypto subscriptions.
- 8 business days for USD deposits made from a bank account.
If the funds are not received before the end of the month, the subscription will commence the following month.
Funding your Account: Our administrator will only accept crypto subscriptions to be sent from your XBTO account once opened. We will handle the AML regulations that our fund administrator requires for compliance. Crypto subscriptions can be made in USDC or in the currency in which the fund’s share class is denominated (BTC, ETH, or SOL). You may also subscribe to the fund using USD.
