How to withdraw cash?

To withdraw fiat to your bank account, you'll first need to add your bank account. For step-by-step instructions on how to do this, please refer to this article. 

Please note that you must have an available fiat balance in order to withdraw funds to your bank account.

On Web

  1. Log into your Stablehouse account, click your Pro-Trading account.
  2. Click on "Withdraw Cash."
  3. Choose the currency you wish to withdraw.
  4. Select your linked bank account (if you haven't add a bank account yet, please refer to this article) 
  5. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click "Preview."
  6. To finalise the cash withdrawal to your bank account, click "Confirm."

   

On iOS/Android

  1. Log into your Stablehouse account via the mobile app.
  2. Tap your Pro-Trading account. 
  3. Tap "More (⋮)" and then "Withdraw Cash (-)."
  4. Choose the currency you wish to withdraw.
  5. Enter the amount and make sure your bank account is selected.
  6. Tap on "Preview." and then confirm by tapping "Withdraw USD/EUR"
  7. Enter your 2FA, and tap "Continue."
