Managing Transfers Within Stablehouse: Vault and Pro-Trading Explained

The best way to transfer your funds from your Vault account to your Pro-Trading account is by using the transfer feature.

• • The transfer is executed internally within the product; however, this is an on-chain transaction.
  • If you are transferring funds from your Vault account, please note that this may take up to 24 working hours to be processed. For more information, refer to this [link].
  • Transactions from your Pro-Trading account to your Vault account may take some time until the network confirms your transaction.
  • We do not charge network fees for these transactions.
    
    

On Web

1. Log into your Stablehouse account.
2. Click on Transfer and Select the preferred account.
3. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to transfer.
4. Choose the destination account.
5. Enter the amount you would like to transfer and click Preview.
6. Click Confirm and enter your 2FA code to finalise the transfer.

On iOS/Android

1. Log into your Stablehouse account via the mobile app.
2. Tap "More (⋮)" and then "Transfer ↔."
3. Choose the account to transfer from.
4. Select the asset to transfer.
5. Enter the amount and tap the "Preview" button.
6. Tap the green button and enter your 2FA to confirm the action.
