Not Receiving the Verification Email?

Emails can take up to 10 minutes to arrive, depending on the email provider. If the verification email has not been received in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam folder. To minimize the likelihood of emails being directed to the spam folder:

  • If a message from XBTO/Stablehouse is found in the spam folder, mark it as "Not Spam/Junk"
  • Add support@xbto.com to your safe sender list or email contacts. 
  • Change your email settings to not auto-delete spam messages. 
  • Adjust email settings to prevent the automatic deletion of spam messages, as many email providers delete these before they reach the inbox.
