Withdrawal Requirements - Travel Rule
To withdraw from your Stablehouse account, you’ll need to provide additional information for withdrawals equal to or greater than 1,000 USD.
This requirement is due to the recent Travel Rule implementation in our system. For more details, please refer to our Travel Rule FAQ.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your withdrawal process is completed smoothly and in compliance with the Travel Rule requirements.
Withdrawal Process
When initiating a withdrawal, you will be presented with a questionnaire to determine the recipient of the funds. You will have three options:
- Me
- Another Individual
- A Company
1. If You Select "Me"
- No further questions will be asked, and you can proceed with your
withdrawal.
2. If You Select "Another Individual"
- You will need to provide the First Name and Last Name of the wallet owner.
- Next, you will be asked whether the transaction is being sent to a Centralized or Decentralized platform.

- If you select "Decentralized platform", no further questions will be asked.
- If you select "Centralized platform", you will be presented with a dropdown menu to select the platform.
3. If You Select "A Company"
- You will be asked to provide the name of the wallet owner.
- Next, you will be asked whether the transaction is being sent to a Centralized or Decentralized platform.
