# What to Know About Withdrawals from Your Segregated Vault Account

We prioritise the security and compliance of your digital assets. To maintain these standards, withdrawals from your Vault account involve specific processes and timelines. Below, we outline important details to keep in mind when initiating a withdrawal.

### **Processing Time for Vault Withdrawals**

Withdrawals from your Vault account are designed with enhanced security features, including a time-lock mechanism. This process ensures that every transaction is securely verified.

- Withdrawals typically require *24 working* hours to process. This is a time-lock feature we implement for enhanced security, allowing clients to cancel the transaction from the app within this 24-hour period.
- Please note, transactions initiated outside of business hours may take additional time for approval.

### **Vault Security Features**

Your Vault account incorporates advanced safeguards to ensure the safety and integrity of your funds:

1. **Whitelisted Accounts**: Withdrawals are limited to pre-approved, whitelisted destinations for added security.
2. **Blockchain Transparency**: Each transaction is auditable on the blockchain, providing full accountability.
