How do I withdraw crypto from my Pro-Trading Account?

To withdraw or send crypto from your Pro-Trading account to an external wallet, follow these steps:

On Web

1. Sign in to your Stablehouse account.
2. Choose your Pro-Trading account.
3. Click on "Send" and in the next screen, select the asset you want to send.
4. Enter the external wallet address where you want to send your funds and the amount of crypto to transfer.
5. Click "Preview," then click the "Confirm" button on the confirmation screen.
6. Enter your 2FA code when prompted.
7. You will receive an email with a verification code; enter this code to complete the transaction and click "Send"

On iOS/Android

1. Log in to your Stablehouse account via the app.
2. Choose your Pro-Trading account.
3. Scroll down slightly and tap "Send," then select the asset you want to send.
4. Enter the external wallet address where you wish to send your funds.
5. Read and acknowledge the warning message before proceeding by clicking "I Understand."
6. Enter the amount you wish to send, tap "Preview," then confirm the action by tapping "Send."
7. You will receive an email with a verification code. Enter this code to complete the transaction and click "Send."

Important note ⚠️

Your funds will only be available for withdrawal after the settlement is completed. If your funds were traded outside of the settlement times mentioned below, you will need to wait until the settlement process is finished.

Settlement time

We process settlements daily at 8 AM ET (weekdays).

• If you trade before 8 AM ET, your trades will settle and will be available for withdrawal on the same day.
• If you trade after 8 AM ET, your trades will settle the next day at 8 AM (T+1).
